Our history involves a spiritual journey and a waiting period for that perfect timing that makes the perfect business all that it can be. So what about today?

We love what FaceBook is doing to reunite old friends and family members and build community. We love YouTube and many of the fun and useful Apps that are now coming out for mobile phones and iPads. Groupon poised for a $25 billion IPO?

We have a different angle on "the daily deal sector." To encourage members to rate the web, we're after big advertising dollars to pay them for the work with, but we're not offering daily deals nor are we setting up a model that requires business solicitation. We can take a large slice of this market without a giant marketing team so there will be plenty of money to share with our members in rewards - rewards that can be significant enough to be a full time opportunity for ghosts, not just a way to save money. Here are a few factoids that are very encouraging to us because we see in this data huge participation and big money that is now making our vision achievable ...86% of computer users have shopped online worldwide!

We will aggregate daily deals integrating standard store and brand coupons into the ultimate coupon organizer, which we call "the ghost machine." The ghost machine is much more than an organizer. It is a business stimulating, customer generating, money saving, ad-free gizmo that incentivizes better searches and charitable donations at the same time. Most importantly, the ghost machine causes businesses to come to us so that we don't have to solicit them. It is absolutely innovative and rich with creativity and let's not leave out FUN. How can the ghost machine be both ad free and excel in display advertising? Because even our displays are the result of searches.

Most people use online coupons to save money on products they already buy.But all that is just business. What people really want on their mobile phones is fun - fun and quality relationships, and we've got good news: ghosts are the next part of social. The ghost machine creates ghosts, hence the name. They are an all together missing dimension. We suppose they are easy to miss since they've been invisible for so long, but our hour is finally here. One important reason is that we intend to generate more volunteer hours, more financial donations and to more charities than any organization in history. The charities that benefit will be chosen by our users. The formula is in the app.

We can talk about the strengths and weaknesses of Groupon and Facebook and Google and other companies we'll be competing with as we present our business overview. We see a lot of weaknesses we can exploit right now, and we see a point of entry along with significant barriers we can create that will guarantee our place as a permanent force on and off the web.

What GhostSurfers is doing prior to LaunchIn sum, the opportunity is prime. Because of this, we are forming an Advisory Board for the new Ghost site. Our Advisory Team will help us make sure we are ready to take action by lining up our management team. We believe that the money will follow very rapidly after that since we already have our development proposals and business plans fine tuned.
